Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and Shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy Shame.
Thou art filled with Shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD'S right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory.
And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer Shame for his name.
What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and Shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your Shame.
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open Shame.
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the Shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
