For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?

He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.
