Thinkest thou this to be right, that thou saidst, My righteousness is more than God's?

Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?

God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.

And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

For Job hath said, I am righteous: and God hath taken away my judgment. Should I lie against my right? my wound is incurable without transgression.

Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?

Shall even he that hateth right govern? and wilt thou condemn him that is most just? Is it fit to say to a king, Thou art wicked? and to princes, Ye are ungodly?

But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?

Thou art become cruel to me: with thy strong hand thou opposest thyself against me.

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

As God liveth, who hath taken away my judgment; and the Almighty, who hath vexed my soul;
