If i whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; i will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.

Moreover i will deliver all the strength of this city, and all the labours thereof, and all the precious things thereof, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah will i give into the hand of their enemies, which shall spoil them, and take them, and carry them to Babylon.
For i heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report, <i>say theyi>, and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my halting, <i>sayingi>, Peradventure he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him.
Behold, i will send and take all the families of the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, i will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:
Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal <i>themi>, and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: for i will cause their captivity to return, saith the LORD.
Then will i cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, <i>soi> that i will not take <i>anyi> of his seed <i>to bei> rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for i will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; i will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set <i>iti>; i will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant <i>iti> upon an high mountain and eminent:
And i will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, i will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take <i>anyi> person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will i require at the watchman's hand.

Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will i bring them down:
And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, i will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will i command the serpent, and he shall bite them:
Thou shalt eat, but not be satisfied; and thy casting down <i>shall bei> in the midst of thee; and thou shalt take hold, but shalt not deliver; and <i>thati> which thou deliverest will i give up to the sword.
God <i>isi> jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and <i>isi> furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth <i>wrathi> for his enemies.

And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until i bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have <i>thyi> cloke also.
Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any <i>mani> will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
But if he will not hear <i>thee, theni> take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
take <i>thati> thine <i>isi>, and go thy way: i will give unto this last, even as unto thee.
And when he had called the people <i>unto himi> with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
And he said, Abba, Father, all things <i>arei> possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what i will, but what thou wilt.
And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put <i>iti> on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take him down.
And he said to <i>themi> all, If any <i>mani> will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave <i>themi> to the host, and said unto him, take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when i come again, i will repay thee.
And i will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, <i>andi> be merry.
If we let him thus alone, all <i>meni> will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and i will take him away.
Whensoever i take my journey into Spain, i will come to you: for i trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first i be somewhat filled with your <i>companyi>.
