Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they arei> many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy one of Israel, neither seek the LORD!
Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle thati> shall not be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken.
Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreementi> with me byi> a present, and come out to me: and eat ye every one of his vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern;
Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted thyi> voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? eveni> against the Holy one of Israel.

They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he not remove: yea, onei> shall cry unto him, yet can he not answer, nor save him out of his trouble.
But these two thingsi> shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, andi> for the great abundance of thine enchantments.
Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy one of Israel; i ami> the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way thati> thou shouldest go.
Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, andi> his Holy one, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, andi> the Holy one of Israel, and he shall choose thee.
And i will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that i the LORD ami> thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty one of Jacob.

Behold, thou shalt call a nation thati> thou knowest not, and nations thati> knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy one of Israel; for he hath glorified thee.
For thus saith the high and lofty one that inhabiteth eternity, whose name isi> Holy; i dwell in the high and holy placei>, with him also that isi> of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that i the LORD ami> thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty one of Jacob.

Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for i am married unto you: and i will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and i will bring you to Zion:
Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, andi> a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, andi> their backslidings are increased.
They were asi> fed horses in the morning: every one neighed after his neighbour's wife.

For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one isi> given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
i hearkened and heard, buti> they spake not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have i done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle.
Therefore will i give their wives unto others, andi> their fields to them that shall inherit themi>: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, andi> weary themselves to commit iniquity.
For the customs of the people arei> vain: for onei> cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their evil heart: therefore i will bring upon them all the words of this covenant, which i commanded themi> to do; but they did themi> not.

Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, i frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
And i will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.
And i will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.
And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Even so will i break this people and this city, as onei> breaketh a potter's vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury themi> in Tophet, till there bei> no place to bury.
But the LORD isi> with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: theiri> everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.
And i will prepare destroyers against thee, every one with his weapons: and they shall cut down thy choice cedars, and cast themi> into the fire.
Therefore, behold, i ami> against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.
one basket hadi> very good figs, eveni> like the figs that arei> first ripe: and the other basket hadi> very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.
And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which arei> upon the face of the earth: and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.
And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from onei> end of the earth even unto the otheri> end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.
All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for i have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; becausei> thy sins were increased.
Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes arei> open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:
And i will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:
Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should serve themselves of them any more, then they obeyed, and let themi> go.
Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, i proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and i will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
It may be they will present their supplication before the LORD, and will return every one from his evil way: for great isi> the anger and the fury that the LORD hath pronounced against this people.
They shall hold the bow and the lance: they arei> cruel, and will not shew mercy: their voice shall roar like the sea, and they shall ride upon horses, every onei> put in array, like a man to the battle, against thee, O daughter of Babylon.
For Israel hathi> not beeni> forsaken, nor Judah of his God, of the LORD of hosts; though their land was filled with sin against the Holy one of Israel.
We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up eveni> to the skies.
one post shall run to meet another, and one messenger to meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that his city is taken at onei> end,
And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come onei> year, and after that in anotheri> year shall comei> a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.
Because the spoiler is come upon her, eveni> upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the LORD God of recompences shall surely requite.
Zedekiah wasi> one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name wasi> Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
the two pillars, one sea, and twelve brasen bulls that werei> under the bases, which king Solomon had made in the house of the LORD: the brass of all these vessels was without weight.
And concerningi> the pillars, the height of one pillar wasi> eighteen cubits; and a fillet of twelve cubits did compass it; and the thickness thereof wasi> four fingers: it wasi> hollow.
And a chapiter of brass wasi> upon it; and the height of one chapiter wasi> five cubits, with network and pomegranates upon the chapiters round about, all ofi> brass. the second pillar also and the pomegranates werei> like unto these.
And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; andi> they turned not when they went.
Now as i beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.
the appearance of the wheels and their work wasi> like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work wasi> as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
And under the firmament werei> their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.
As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so wasi> the appearance of the brightness round about. This wasi> the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when i saw iti>, i fell upon my face, and i heard a voice of one that spake.
i heardi> also the noise of the wings of the living creatures that touched one another, and the noise of the wheels over against them, and a noise of a great rushing.
And, behold, i will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy siege.
Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, accordingi> to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them wasi> clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar.
And onei> cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that wasi> between the cherubims, and took thereofi>, and put iti> into the hands of him that wasi> clothed with linen: who took iti>, and went out.
And when i looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels wasi> as the colour of a beryl stone.
And as fori> their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel.
And every one had four faces: the first face wasi> the face of a cherub, and the second face wasi> the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also werei> beside them, and every onei> stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD'S house; and the glory of the God of Israel wasi> over them above.
Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man wasi> under their wings.
And the likeness of their faces wasi> the same faces which i saw by the river of Chebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward.
And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the LORD; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for i know the things that come into your mind, every one ofi> them.
And i will give them one heart, and i will put a new spirit within you; and i will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
For every one of the house of Israel, or of the stranger that sojourneth in Israel, which separateth himself from me, and setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to a prophet to inquire of him concerning me; i the LORD will answer him by myself:
And i will set my face against them; they shall go out from onei> fire, and anotheri> fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that i ami> the LORD, when i set my face against them.
Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall use thisi> proverb against thee, saying, As isi> the mother, so isi> her daughter.
Thus saith the Lord GOD; i will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set iti>; i will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant iti> upon an high mountain and eminent:
If he beget a son that isi> a robber, a shedder of blood, and thati> doeth the like to anyi> one of these thingsi>,
Therefore i will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselvesi> from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter alsoi>, if ye will not hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.
Go thee one way or other, eitheri> on the right hand, ori> on the left, whithersoever thy face isi> set.
Also, thou son of man, appoint thee two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both twain shall come forth out of one land: and choose thou a place, choose iti> at the head of the way to the city.
i have therefore delivered him into the hand of the mighty one of the heathen; he shall surely deal with him: i have driven him out for his wickedness.
Yet ye say, the way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, i will judge you every one after his ways.
And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth monthi>, in the fifth dayi> of the month, thati> one that had escaped out of Jerusalem came unto me, saying, the city is smitten.
Son of man, they that inhabit those wastes of the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one, and he inherited the land: but we arei> many; the land is given us for inheritance.
Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, i pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.
Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and fori> all the house of Israel his companions:
Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, i will take the stick of Joseph, which isi> in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, eveni> with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
And i will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
So will i make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and i will not let themi> pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that i ami> the LORD, the Holy one in Israel.
And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits longi> by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.
Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which wasi> one reed broad; and the other threshold of the gate, which wasi> one reed broad.
And everyi> little chamber wasi> one reed long, and one reed broad; and between the little chambers werei> five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate within wasi> one reed.
And the little chambers of the gate eastward werei> three on this side, and three on that side; they three werei> of one measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.
the space also before the little chambers wasi> one cubit on this sidei>, and the space wasi> one cubit on that side: and the little chambers werei> six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.
He measured then the gate from the roof of onei> little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth wasi> five and twenty cubits, door against door.
And there werei> seven steps to go up to it, and the arches thereof werei> before them: and it had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, upon the posts thereof.
And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, werei> two tables; and on the other side, which wasi> at the porch of the gate, werei> two tables.
And the four tables werei> of hewn stone for the burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sacrifice.
And without the inner gate werei> the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which wasi> at the side of the north gate; and their prospect wasi> toward the south: one at the side of the east gate havingi> the prospect toward the north.
the length of the porch wasi> twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought mei> by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there werei> pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.
Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which wasi> the breadth of the tabernacle.
And the breadth of the door wasi> ten cubits; and the sides of the door werei> five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.
And the side chambers werei> three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which wasi> of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.
And the doors of the side chambers werei> toward the place that wasi> left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left wasi> five cubits round about.
And he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which wasi> behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;
So that the face of a man wasi> toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it wasi> made through all the house round about.
the posts of the temple werei> squared, andi> the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the onei> as the appearance of the otheri>.
And the doors had two leaves apiecei>, two turning leaves; two leavesi> for the one door, and two leaves for the other doori>.
And there werei> narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and uponi> the side chambers of the house, and thick planks.
And before the chambers wasi> a walk of ten cubits breadth inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors toward the north.
And from under these chambers wasi> the entry on the east side, as one goeth into them from the utter court.
And according to the doors of the chambers that werei> toward the south wasi> a door in the head of the way, eveni> the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one entereth into them.
And from the bottom uponi> the ground eveni> to the lower settle shall bei> two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle eveni> to the greater settle shall bei> four cubits, and the breadth onei> cubit.
And a portion shall bei> for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portioni>, and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portioni>, and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the length shall bei> over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border.
And so thou shalt do the seventh dayi> of the month for every one that erreth, and for him that isi> simple: so shall ye reconcile the house.
Now when the prince shall prepare a voluntary burnt offering or peace offerings voluntarily unto the LORD, onei> shall then open him the gate that looketh toward the east, and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, as he did on the sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after his going forth onei> shall shut the gate.
In the four corners of the court there werei> courts joined of forty cubitsi> long and thirty broad: these four corners werei> of one measure.
Now when i had returned, behold, at the bank of the river werei> very many trees on the one side and on the other.
And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerningi> the which i lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.
Now these arei> the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east andi> west; a portion fori> Dan.
And by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side, shall be the offering which ye shall offer of five and twenty thousand reeds ini> breadth, and ini> length as one of the otheri> parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary shall be in the midst of it.
And the residue shall bei> for the prince, on the one side and on the other of the holy oblation, and of the possession of the city, over against the five and twenty thousand of the oblation toward the east border, and westward over against the five and twenty thousand toward the west border, over against the portions for the prince: and it shall be the holy oblation; and the sanctuary of the house shall bei> in the midst thereof.
And the gates of the city shall bei> after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward; one gate of Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi.
At the west side four thousand and five hundred, withi> their three gates; one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, one gate of Naphtali.
But if ye will not make known unto me the dream, there is buti> one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and i shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof.

i saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;
Then Daniel, whose name wasi> Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. the king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream bei> to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.
And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and leti> his portion bei> with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him;
And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it hadi> three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
i saw in the night visions, and, behold, onei> like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
i came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
Then i lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had twoi> horns: and the twoi> horns werei> high; but one wasi> higher than the other, and the higher came up last.
And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant landi>.
Then i heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain sainti> which spake, How long shall bei> the vision concerningi> the daily sacrificei>, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

i therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight i, not as one that beateth the air:
When ye come together therefore into one place, thisi> is not to eat the Lord's supper.
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also isi> Christ.
That there should be no schism in the body; but thati> the members should have the same care one for another.
If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that arei> unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?
If any man speak in an unknowni> tongue, let it bei> by two, or at the most byi> three, and thati> by course; and let one interpret.
All flesh isi> not the same flesh: but there isi> one kind ofi> flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, andi> another of birds.
There arei> also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial isi> one, and the gloryi> of the terrestrial isi> another.
There isi> one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for onei> star differeth from anotheri> star in glory.
Upon the first dayi> of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as Godi> hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when i come.
To the one we arei> the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who isi> sufficient for these things?
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things donei> in hisi> body, according to that he hath done, whether it bei> good or bad.
i knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, i cannot tell; or whether out of the body, i cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And i knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, i cannot tell: God knoweth;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed isi> every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed isi> every one that hangeth on a tree:
For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only usei> not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, eveni> in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; eveni> in him:
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between usi>;
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, eveni> the law of commandments containedi> in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, soi> making peace;
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife seei> that she reverence heri> husband.
Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether i come and see you, or else be absent, i may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, beingi> of one accord, of one mind.
Epaphras, who is onei> of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all meni>, even as we doi> toward you:
For there isi> one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
i charge theei> before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
one of themselves, eveni> a prophet of their own, said, the Cretians arei> alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.
Yet for love's sake i rather beseech theei>, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.
For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which bei> the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
For every one that useth milk isi> unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some isi>; but exhorting one anotheri>: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so manyi> as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one pointi>, he is guilty of all.
And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be yei> warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth iti> profit?
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of hisi> brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Confess youri> faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that yei> love one another with a pure heart fervently:
As every man hath received the gift, even soi> minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of youi> be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day isi> with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
i write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that isi> from the beginning. i write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. i write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
i have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that isi> from the beginning. i have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
And now i beseech thee, lady, not as though i wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
And in the midst of the seven candlesticks onei> like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
And i will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that i am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and i will give unto every one of you according to your works.
And immediately i was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and onei> sat on the throne.
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four andi> twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
And i saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and i heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
And there went out another horse that wasi> red: and poweri> was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
And i saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
And i looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud onei> sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; i will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, andi> the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong isi> the Lord God who judgeth her.
And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, i will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
And the twelve gates werei> twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city wasi> pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
