Ecclesiastes 10:3
Yea also, when he that is a fool walketh by the way, his wisdom faileth him, and he saith to every one that he is a fool. |

Matthew 14:22-33
And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away. And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone. But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. read more And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God. show less |

Nahum 2:5
He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble in their walk; they shall make haste to the wall thereof, and the defence shall be prepared. |
||
He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble in Their walk; they shall make haste to the wall thereof, and the defence shall be prepared.
After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in Their ordinances.
That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the LORD to walk therein, as Their fathers did keep it, or not.
That the LORD may continue his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to Their way, to walk before me in truth with all Their heart and with all Their soul, there shall not fail thee (said he) a man on the throne of Israel.
And he said, LORD God of Israel, there is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all Their heart:
Therefore now, LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy children take heed to Their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me.
And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all Their heart and all Their soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant.
And said, O LORD God of Israel, there is no God like thee in the heaven, nor in the earth; which keepest covenant, and shewest mercy unto thy servants, that walk before thee with all Their hearts: Thou which hast kept with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him; and spakest with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thine hand, as it is this day.
Now therefore, O LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit upon the throne of Israel; yet so that thy children take heed to Their way to walk in my law, as thou hast walked before me.
They clave to Their brethren, Their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;
They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through Their throat.
Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with Their feet:
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew Their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of Their evil heart.
This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of Their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing.
Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in Their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;
That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be Their God.
But I said unto Their children in the wilderness, walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe Their judgments, nor defile yourselves with Their idols:
Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be Their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men.
And before the chambers was a walk of ten cubits breadth inward, a way of one cubit; and Their doors toward the north.
For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in Their counsels; that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing: therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble in Their walk; they shall make haste to the wall thereof, and the defence shall be prepared.
And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and Their blood shall be poured out as dust, and Their flesh as the dung.
The blind receive Their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise Their children, neither to walk after the customs.
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be Their God, and they shall be my people.
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of Their mind,
How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after Their own ungodly lusts.
Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled Their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of Their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring Their glory and honour into it.
