Leviticus 5:1-13
[1] And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity. [2] Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty. [3] Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty. [4] Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these. [5] And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing: [6] And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin. [7] And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. [8] And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder: [9] And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering. [10] And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him. [11] But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering. [12] Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering. [13] And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering. |

Leviticus 7:7
As the sin offering is, so is the trespass offering: there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith shall have it. |
||
2 Kings 12:16
The trespass money and sin money was not brought into the house of the LORD: it was the priests'. |

Leviticus 6:6
And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: |
And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of The Trespass Offering, and it shall be forgiven him.
It shall not be baken with leaven. I have given it unto them for their portion of my offerings made by fire; it is most holy, as is the sin offering, and as The Trespass Offering.
In the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill The Trespass Offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle round about upon the altar.
As the sin offering is, so is The Trespass Offering: there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith shall have it.
This is the law of the burnt offering, of the meat offering, and of the sin offering, and of The Trespass Offering, and of the consecrations, and of the sacrifice of the peace offerings;
And he shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as the sin offering is the priest's, so is The Trespass Offering: it is most holy:
And the priest shall take some of the blood of The Trespass Offering, and the priest shall put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
And of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of The Trespass Offering:
And the priest shall take the lamb of The Trespass Offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD:
And he shall kill the lamb of The Trespass Offering, and the priest shall take some of the blood of The Trespass Offering, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
And the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of The Trespass Offering:
And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of The Trespass Offering before the LORD for his sin which he hath done: and the sin which he hath done shall be forgiven him.
Then said they, What shall be The Trespass Offering which we shall return to him? They answered, Five golden emerods, and five golden mice, according to the number of the lords of the Philistines: for one plague was on you all, and on your lords.
And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and The Trespass Offering.
Then said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they be holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meat offering, and the sin offering, and The Trespass Offering; for the place is holy.
They shall eat the meat offering, and the sin offering, and The Trespass Offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs.
Then said he unto me, This is the place where the priests shall boil The Trespass Offering and the sin offering, where they shall bake the meat offering; that they bear them not out into the utter court, to sanctify the people.
And he shall bring his Trespass Offering unto The LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from The flock, a lamb or a kid of The goats, for a sin Offering; and The priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.
And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his Trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto The LORD; one for a sin Offering, and The other for a burnt Offering.
If a soul commit a Trespass, and sin through ignorance, in The holy things of The LORD; then he shall bring for his Trespass unto The LORD a ram without blemish out of The flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after The shekel of The sanctuary, for a Trespass Offering:
And he shall make amends for The harm that he hath done in The holy thing, and shall add The fifth part thereto, and give it unto The priest: and The priest shall make an atonement for him with The ram of The Trespass Offering, and it shall be forgiven him.
And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of The flock, with thy estimation, for a Trespass Offering, unto The priest: and The priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.
Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in The principal, and shall add The fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in The day of his Trespass Offering.
And he shall bring his Trespass Offering unto The LORD, a ram without blemish out of The flock, with thy estimation, for a Trespass Offering, unto The priest:
It shall not be baken with leaven. I have given it unto them for their portion of my offerings made by fire; it is most holy, as is The sin Offering, and as The Trespass Offering.
In The place where they kill The burnt Offering shall they kill The Trespass Offering: and The blood thereof shall he sprinkle round about upon The altar.
And The priest shall burn them upon The altar for an Offering made by fire unto The LORD: it is a Trespass Offering.
As The sin Offering is, so is The Trespass Offering: there is one law for them: The priest that maketh atonement therewith shall have it.
This is The law of The burnt Offering, of The meat Offering, and of The sin Offering, and of The Trespass Offering, and of The consecrations, and of The sacrifice of The peace offerings;
And The priest shall take one he lamb, and offer him for a Trespass Offering, and The log of oil, and wave them for a wave Offering before The LORD:
And he shall bring his Trespass Offering unto The LORD, unto The door of The tabernacle of The congregation, even a ram for a Trespass Offering.
And The priest shall make an atonement for him with The ram of The Trespass Offering before The LORD for his sin which he hath done: and The sin which he hath done shall be forgiven him.
And he shall consecrate unto The LORD The days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of The first year for a Trespass Offering: but The days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.
This shall be thine of The most holy things, reserved from The fire: every oblation of theirs, every meat Offering of theirs, and every sin Offering of theirs, and every Trespass Offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.
And they said, If ye send away The ark of The God of Israel, send it not empty; but in any wise return him a Trespass Offering: then ye shall be healed, and it shall be known to you why his hand is not removed from you.
Then said they, What shall be The Trespass Offering which we shall return to him? They answered, Five golden emerods, and five golden mice, according to The number of The lords of The Philistines: for one plague was on you all, and on your lords.
And take The ark of The LORD, and lay it upon The cart; and put The jewels of gold, which ye return him for a Trespass Offering, in a coffer by The side thereof; and send it away, that it may go.
And these are The golden emerods which The Philistines returned for a Trespass Offering unto The LORD; for Ashdod one, for Gaza one, for Askelon one, for Gath one, for Ekron one;

Then said he unto me, This is The place where The priests shall boil The Trespass Offering and The sin Offering, where they shall bake The meat Offering; that they bear them not out into The utter court, to sanctify The people.
