Ebiasaph
(ih bi' eh ssaf) Personal name meaning, “my father has collected or taken in.” See 1 Chronicles 6:23 ). The same person may be mentioned in 1 Chronicles 6:37 , but the precise relationship of these family lists is uncertain with one or both possibly incomplete. He and his family kept the gate of the tabernacle (1 Chronicles 9:19 ). The Abiasaph of Exodus 6:24 is apparently the same person.
