Barkos
(bahr' kuhss) Aramaic name possibly meaning, “son of Kos (a god).” The original ancestor of a clan of Nethinim or Temple employees who returned to Jerusalem from Exile in Babylon with Zerubbabel about 537 B.C. (Ezra 2:53 ).
