Isaiah 32:4
Literal: And the heart of the rash will understand knowledge and the tongue of the stammerers will be ready to speak plainly
KJV: The heart  also of the rash  shall understand  and the tongue  of the stammerers  shall be ready  to speak  plainly. 

Isaiah 40:14
Literal: With whom did He take counsel and [who] instructed Him and taught Him in the path of justice and who taught Him knowledge and the way of understanding showed Him
KJV: With whom took he counsel,  and who instructed  him, and taught  him in the path  of judgment,  and taught  him knowledge,  and shewed  to him the way  of understanding? 

Isaiah 40:21
Literal: Have not you known you heard Has not it been told you from the beginning to have not you understood from the foundations of the earth
KJV: Have ye not known?  have ye not heard?  hath it not been told  you from the beginning?  have ye not understood  from the foundations  of the earth?

Literal: You [are] My witnesses says Yahweh and My servant whom I have chosen that you may know and believe Me and understand that I [am] He Before Me no there was formed God and after Me nor shall there be -
KJV: Ye are my witnesses,  saith  the LORD,  and my servant  whom I have chosen:  that ye may know  and believe  me, and understand  that I am he: before  me there was no God  formed,  neither shall there be after  me.

Isaiah 43:18
Literal: Not do remember the former things and the things of old nor consider
KJV: Remember  ye not the former things,  neither consider  the things of old.

Literal: Not they do know nor understand for He has shut so that they cannot see their eyes so that they cannot understand [And] their hearts
KJV: They have not known  nor understood:  for he hath shut  their eyes,  that they cannot see;  and their hearts,  that they cannot understand.

Literal: So shall He sprinkle nations many at Him shall shut Kings their mouths for what not had been told them they shall see and what they had heard they shall consider
KJV: So shall he sprinkle  many  nations;  the kings  shall shut  their mouths  at him: for that which had not been told  them shall they see;  and that which they had not heard  shall they consider. 

Isaiah 56:11
Literal: And Yes [they are] dogs fierce greedy [Which] never have enough and they [are] shepherds not cannot who understand they all to their own way look every one for his own gain from his [own] territory
KJV: Yea, they are greedy  dogs  which can  and they are shepherds  that cannot understand:  they all look  to their own way,  every one  for his gain,  from his quarter. 

Isaiah 57:1
Literal: The righteous perishes and no man takes [it] to heart and men Merciful [are] taken away while no one considers that from evil is taken away the righteous
KJV: The righteous  perisheth,  and no man  layeth  it to heart:  and merciful  are taken away,  none considering  that the righteous  is taken away  from  the evil 

Jeremiah 2:10
Literal: For pass beyond the coasts of Cyprus and see and to Kedar Send and consider diligently and see if there has been such [a [thing]
KJV: For pass over  the isles  of Chittim,  and see;  and send  unto Kedar,  and consider  diligently,  and see 

Jeremiah 4:22
Literal: for [are] foolish My people Me not they have known children silly they [are] and no have understanding they wise they [are] to do evil but to do good no they have knowledge
KJV: For my people  is foolish,  they have not known  me; they are sottish  children,  and they have none understanding:  they are wise  to do evil,  but to do good  they have no knowledge. 

Jeremiah 9:12
Literal: Who [is] the man wise and who may understand - this and [who is he] to whom has spoken the mouth of Yahweh unto that he may declare it why what does perish the land [and] burn up like a wilderness so that no one can pass through -
KJV: Who is the wise  man,  that may understand  this? and who is he to whom the mouth  of the LORD  hath spoken,  that he may declare  it, for what the land  perisheth  and is burned up  like a wilderness,  that none passeth through?

Literal: Not will turn back the anger of Yahweh Until He has executed and performed the thoughts of His heart in latter the days you will understand it perfectly
KJV: The anger  of the LORD  shall not return,  until he have executed,  and till he have performed  the thoughts  of his heart:  in the latter  days  ye shall consider  it perfectly. 

Jeremiah 30:24
Literal: Not will return the fierce anger of Yahweh until He has done it and until He has performed the intents of His heart in the latter days you will consider it
KJV: The fierce  anger  of the LORD  shall not return,  until he have done  it, and until he have performed  the intents  of his heart:  in the latter  days  ye shall consider  it.

Jeremiah 49:7
Literal: Against Edom thus says Yahweh of hosts [Is] no more wisdom in Teman Has perished counsel from the prudent Has vanished their wisdom
KJV: Concerning Edom,  thus saith  the LORD  of hosts;  Is wisdom  no more in Teman?  is counsel  perished  from the prudent?  is their wisdom  vanished? 

Daniel 1:4
Literal: young men in whom [there was] no in all - blemish but good-looking and gifted in all wisdom and possessing knowledge and to understand quick and who [had] ability in to serve in palace of the king and whom they might teach the language and literature of the Chaldeans
KJV: Children  in whom was no blemish,  but well  favoured,  and skilful  in all wisdom,  and cunning  in knowledge,  and understanding  science,  and such as had ability  in them to stand  in the king's  palace,  and whom they might teach  the learning  and the tongue  of the Chaldeans. 

Daniel 1:17
Literal: And as for young men these four gave them God knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom and Daniel had understanding visions and dreams
KJV: As for these four  children,  God  gave  them knowledge  and skill  in all learning  and wisdom:  and Daniel  had understanding  in all visions  and dreams. 

Daniel 8:5
Literal: And as I was considering and suddenly a male goat goat came from the west across the surface of all the earth and without touching the ground and the goat [had] a horn notable between his eyes
KJV: And as I was considering,  behold, an he  goat  came  from the west  on the face  of the whole earth,  and touched  not the ground:  and the goat  had a notable  horn  between his eyes. 

Daniel 8:16
Literal: And I heard a voice of man between [the banks of] the Ulai and who called and said Gabriel make understand this [man] - the vision
KJV: And I heard  a man's  voice  between the banks of Ulai,  which called,  and said,  Gabriel,  make this  man to understand  the vision. 

Daniel 8:17
Literal: So he came near where I stood and when he came I was afraid and fell on my face but he said to me Understand son of man that to the time of the end the vision [refers]
KJV: So he came  near  and when he came,  I was afraid,  and fell  upon my face:  but he said  unto me, Understand,  O son  of man:  for at the time  of the end  shall be the vision. 

Daniel 8:23
Literal: And in the latter time of their kingdom when have reached their fullness the transgressors shall arise A king fierce Having features and who understands sinister schemes
KJV: And in the latter time  of their kingdom,  when the transgressors  are come to the full,  a king  of fierce  countenance,  and understanding  dark sentences,  shall stand up. 

Daniel 8:27
Literal: And I Daniel fainted and was sick for days and afterward I arose and went about - business of the king and I was astonished by the vision but no one understood it -
KJV: And I Daniel  fainted,  and was sick  certain days;  afterward I rose up,  and did  the king's  business;  and I was astonished  at the vision,  but none understood  it.

Daniel 9:2
Literal: in the year first of his reign I Daniel understood by the books the number of the years which came [specified] by the word of Yahweh through Jeremiah the prophet that He would accomplish in the desolations of Jerusalem seventy years
KJV: In the first  year  of his reign  I Daniel  understood  by books  the number  of the years,  whereof the word  of the LORD  came to Jeremiah  the prophet,  that he would accomplish  seventy  years  in the desolations  of Jerusalem. 

Daniel 9:22
Literal: And he informed [me] and talked with me and said Daniel now I have come forth to give you skill to understand
KJV: And he informed  me, and talked  with me, and said,  O Daniel,  I am now come forth  to give thee skill  and understanding. 

Daniel 9:23
Literal: At the beginning of your supplications went out the command and I have come to tell [you] for greatly beloved you [are] therefore understand the matter and consider the vision
KJV: At the beginning  of thy supplications  the commandment  came forth,  and I am come  to shew  therefore understand  the matter,  and consider  the vision. 

Daniel 10:1
Literal: In year three of Cyrus king of Persia a message was revealed to Daniel whose was called name Belteshazzar and [was] true the message but the appointed time [was] long and he understood - the message and understanding had of the vision
KJV: In the third  year  of Cyrus  king  of Persia  a thing  was revealed  unto Daniel,  whose name  was called  Belteshazzar;  and the thing  was true,  but the time appointed  was long:  and he understood  the thing,  and had understanding  of the vision. 

Daniel 10:11
Literal: And he said to me Daniel man greatly beloved understand the words that I speak to you and stand to upright for now I have been sent To you and while he was speaking to me - word this I stood trembling
KJV: And he said  unto me, O Daniel,  a man  understand  the words  that I speak  unto thee, and stand  for unto thee am I now sent.  And when he had spoken  this word  unto me, I stood  trembling. 

Daniel 10:12
Literal: And he said to me not do fear Daniel for from the day first that you set - your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God were heard your words and I have come because of your words
KJV: Then said  he unto me, Fear  not, Daniel:  for from the first  day  that thou didst set  thine heart  to understand,  and to chasten  thyself before  thy God,  thy words  were heard,  and I am come  for thy words. 

Daniel 10:14
Literal: Now I have come to make you understand - what will happen to your people in the latter days for yet the vision [refers] to [many] days [to come]
KJV: Now I am come  to make thee understand  what shall befall  thy people  in the latter  days:  for yet the vision  is for many days. 

Daniel 11:30
Literal: For shall come against him ships from Cyprus therefore he shall be grieved and return and in rage against the covenant holy and do [damage] so he shall return and show regard for those who forsake the covenant holy
KJV: For the ships  of Chittim  shall come  against him: therefore he shall be grieved,  and return,  and have indignation  against the holy  covenant:  so shall he do;  he shall even return,  and have intelligence  with them that forsake  the holy  covenant. 

Daniel 11:33
Literal: And those who understand of the people shall instruct many and yet they shall fall by sword and flame by captivity and plundering [for many] days
KJV: And they that understand  among the people  shall instruct  many:  yet they shall fall  by the sword,  and by flame,  by captivity,  and by spoil,  many days.

Literal: And the God of his fathers neither He shall regard nor the desire of women and any god nor regard for above [them] all he shall exalt himself
KJV: Neither shall he regard  the God  of his fathers,  nor the desire  of women,  nor regard  any god:  for he shall magnify

Literal: Shall be purified and made white and refined Many but shall do wickedly the wicked and none shall understand all of the wicked but the wise shall understand
KJV: Many  shall be purified,  and made white,  and tried;  but the wicked  shall do wickedly:  and none of the wicked  shall understand;  but the wise  shall understand. 

Hosea 4:14
Literal: Not I will punish on your daughters when they commit harlotry nor your brides they commit adultery for they with harlots [the men] go apart and with a ritual harlot offer sacrifices therefore people [who] do understand will be trampled

Hosea 14:9
Literal: Who [is] wise and let him understand these things [Who is] prudent and let him know them for [are] right the ways of Yahweh and the righteous walk in them but transgressors stumble in them
KJV: Who is wise,  and he shall understand  and he shall know  them? for the ways  are right,  and the just  in them: but the transgressors  shall fall  therein.
