Literal: I will meet them like a bear deprived [of her cubs] and I will tear open cage their rib and I will devour them there like a lion beast the wild shall tear them
KJV: I will meet  them as a bear  that is bereaved  of her whelps, and will rend  the caul  of their heart,  and there will I devour  them like a lion:  the wild  beast  shall tear 

Joel 2:13
Literal: so rend your heart and not your garments and Return to Yahweh your God for gracious and merciful He [is] Slow to anger and great of kindness and He relents from doing harm
KJV: And rend  your heart,  and not your garments,  and turn  unto the LORD  your God:  for he is gracious  and merciful,  slow  to anger,  and of great  kindness,  and repenteth  him of the evil.
