Literal: And I will make with them covenant an everlasting that not I will turn away from them doing good - but My fear I will put in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me
KJV: And I will make  an everlasting  covenant  with them, that I will not turn away  from them,  to do them good;  but I will put  my fear  in their hearts,  that they shall not depart  from me.

Literal: For by Myself I have sworn says Yahweh that a desolation a reproach a waste and a curse shall become Bozrah and all its cities shall be wastes perpetual
