Literal: For the transgression of Jacob all this [is] and for the sins of the house of Israel Who [is] the transgression of Jacob is [it] not Samaria and who [are] the high places of Judah Are [they] not Jerusalem
KJV: For the transgression  of Jacob  is all this, and for the sins  of the house  of Israel.  What is the transgression  of Jacob?  is it not Samaria?  and what are the high places  of Judah?  are they not Jerusalem? 

Micah 1:13
Literal: Harness the chariot to the swift steeds inhabitant of Lachish the beginning of sin she [was] to the daughter of Zion for in you were found the transgressions of Israel
